I have these too, no idea what they are. I noticed them when I was 10 but I've probably had them forever. I think it's genetic, my mom has them but my dad doesn't.

If there are other symptoms (like pain or leg swelling) they could cause other complications. And yes, there is treatment.

There are a few things it can be but it's usually either hernias or valves in your veins that push through when you stand. If it's not painful don't worry about it, I have one in the same spot on both legs.

so thats what they are called.
Had this weird bump in my stomach fat, like most fat is very uniform and pliable as I fold the skin, but I noticed there is some kind of tougher "bump" in certain fat locations.
