This is pretty good but I'd go with leg press over extensions. Fuck leg extensions.

Compound lifts are Jack of All Trades exercises. With bench you’ll work the chest, but also front delts and triceps. They’re decent exercises for beginners as they’ll help mold the basic shape of your body.
Isolation exercises are for fine tuning the physique. Let’s say you’ve been benching for years but your triceps aren’t growing to where you want them. You would use tricep isolation exercises to draw out the fine details, make those weak areas stand out.

Compounds = broad strokes
Isolations = sharp pencil

Seated DB Press
Incline DB Press
Delt machine

Pull ups
Cable rows
Face pulls
Hammer curls
Preacher curls
Decline bench sit up twist

Squat
Hamstring curls
Calf machine

Also finish each workout with about 15 mins walking on treadmill

Push hypertrophy
3x12 bench
3x12 OHP
3x12 dips
Pull hypertrophy
3x12 rows
3x12 pull ups
3x12 bicep curls with the bar

Some horizontal pull like Barbell Rows/Dumbbell Rows/Cable Rows/etc.
Curls

Legs:
Some kind of squat
Some kind of quad exercise
Calf Raises

I think that's about all you need. Add any extra exercises you want, especially ones that hit areas that you think are lagging
