Thanks dude, tried for 80kg but it didn't move haha Got stuck at the bottom

Its from the Beyond 531 program that I've just started running. Essentially, if you're feeling good and like you can do more, add 5%-10% to your last working set and do those number of reps again (5 in week 1, 3 in week 2 and 1 in week 3 of the training cycle)

Then if you want to do more, keep adding 5-10% and do the reps until you can only do doubles, and then singles.

Its a way of testing your strength, and I guess it gets a little more volume in but idk really. It's fun!

Nothing sweeter than the validation of strangers. Thank you, user.

OHP is my favorite lift partly because its so unforgiving. If you can't do it then it's obvious. Just adding 2 lbs makes it impossible to move the bar if its too heavy.

BIG DOG HERE,
WELL DONE MY GUY

Thanks!

It really is ridiculous how unforgiving it can be, but it's so addictive

I have huge shoulders so my OHP is probably my best lift. Squat is probably a close second. Id probably be a great Oly lifter if I trained.

My last work set of OHP is 215 lbs x 5. Im pretty strict too.

That's fucking awesome dude! Got any tips for someone hoping to hit that one day?

Damn nigga how long did it take you to hit that?

Its embarrassing but its taken 2 fucking years, almost to the day. Started lifting 8th feb 2020

What the fuck is a joker set, you overweight powerlifter tub'o'muscle?

I've never felt so beautiful.

It's this:

Congrats but wtf just add lbs in parenthesis so I don't have to do the simple math everything for an estimate. I need to know exavct number in lbs because it's a game where 1 to 5 lbs matters

Based, good job man.

What app are you using to keep track of lifts?

Sorry UKfag here, 77.5kg is 170lbs :)

Congrats what's your bw

Cheers man, and I use an app imaginatively titled "Strong"

As of this morning I weigh 198.2lbs
