If you ever feel stupid just remember that there are people out there who voluntarily subjected themselves to an experimental gene therapy for a cold like disease.

It's not about how deadly the virus is, retard. It's abput not letting the healthcare system implode

Just water it down each week.
Like, smoke 1 and a half pack a day for a week.
Then lower it to 1pack a day per week, until you're down to only a few per day then none.

>he believes government lies
I got covid and I didn't go to the hospital.

The healthcare system could be better. The powers that be just don't want there to be more doctors. That would lower prices, and they don't want that. For optimum profit hospitals must always be full.

Why would you quit

The only Tip i needed:
>The cigarette will Not give you, what you want from it

3years soon

Why would I quit? Smoking is perfectly harmless, lung cancer is a government / jewish conspiracy

I quit a while back. You have to find ways to keep yourself busy and remove ways to remove triggers. Sunflower seeds helped me a bit along with simply keeping busy. If you cannot stay busy, getting good rest and sleeping in the first couple days could help. You got this friend. If I could do it you can too.

this
I've never known a single person who died of lung cancer.

Answer these questions honestly:
1. What is smoking doing for you?
2. Do you actually enjoy it?
3. Do you really need to go through life paying through the nose just to stick those things in your mouth and suffocate yourself?

ex-smoker here. Startes smoking at 16 and was up to 2 daily packs, same as u. Swaped cigarettes for joints. Realized I coudln't smoke 40 joints a day and be a functioning human being. After that, I managed to do some light exercise when I got the urge to smoke (like 20 push-ups, 20 cruches...).
Now it's been years since I bought a pack, and I can smoke 1 or 2 cigarettes if a friend offers but don't feel the need to smoke more after.

I managed to quit using a shitty chinese ecig. It was way easier to replace normal cigarettes with vaping and after getting bored with the ecig I didn't feel the urge to go back to smoke normal ciggies. Going strong since 2018, tried smoking once or twice but the pleasure was gone, shitty taste and got me dizzy. Don't know about the health part but I saved a lot of money.
