Like i need 200g protein per day.
I can eat 6times with around 30g of protein per meals.
Or i can eat 3times with 60g of protein per meal.
Does eating low amount of protein per meal actually do anything?
Like can i eat 5g of protein and 50g of carbs, does it actually goes to muscle? Or you want atleast 20g of protein for it to do its thing?

Bodybuilders eat many smaller meals throughout the day. Split it up however you please.

Don't believe the lies from the supplement industry, please. Roughly a gram of protein per kilo of lean mass is plenty to build muscle. For most adult males that checks out to 50-80g protein/day.

Anecdotally, the guys that eat a hundred small meals a day I see are small as shit or fatasses. The big guys I see eat a real fucking meal like a pound of meat or six eggs. I don't care about roid trannies they could eat ice cream and grow. I'd care more about protein quality and listening to the body to make sure you are digesting those proteins. If you eat a big protein meal, start getting, bloating, farting and your shit smells like a dead body it's not being digested and you're wasting money.
