Nineball should do another max ohp soon to see if he can get like 190kg. Nine-san has increased his binch by quite a bit, essentially close grip. Like 245 flat on the fatpad to 245kg larsen against 15kg bands

What's the minimum bench to be considered a powerlifter instead of a normie gymgoer?

It's not about the weight, it's about the equipment

Most bodybuilders have a bigger bench than your average sumo lowerbody faggot twink arm powershitters

Good early intermediate program if I want to train sub-maximally and still make gains?

Squat singles at 496, 507, 518, 518
Tempo squat 5-0-0 3x3 at 440
Bench singles at 342, 365, 385
Tempo bench 3-2-0 2x3 at 342
BW 183 fully fed
All felt fine, squats need to be sunk deeper. 19 days out thanks for reading my blog

Aiming for 700?

Normally not one to nitpick form but that drop and bounce off the chest probably counted for 75 lbs that otherwise wouldnt be pressed.

Most relevant books for proper training:
>Louie Simmons
Westside Barbell Book of Methods, Bench Press Manual, and Book of Squat and Deadlift. Best author for training fundamentals, guidelines are quite loose.
>Cory Swede Burns
5th Set, and 5th Set Evolutions. Most up to date training program templates, only the bench peak is outdated.
>Jim Wendler
5/3/1 for Powerlifting, 5/3/1 Forever. 5/3/1 for PL is a great beginner book, and if you like it, Forever can be used to adapt it for longer term progress.
All of the books are poorly written because muscleheads cannot into the English language. And they are all in the pastebin in Bobstein's drive.

You’re right that it is bounce cheating but no way is that worth 75 lbs. 25-50 lbs at best

His previous best was 390lbs with a longer pause. He rushed the paused, but wasn't trying to bounce it. Nineball can't get it to chest level any other eay.
Also the 180kg strict log press. Claiming its cheating just sounds like cope.

>Nineball can't get it to chest level any other eay.
It's called stretching

I did a harness squat and took my shirt off so it didnt cut the shirt. When I looked at the video I noticed I have more hair on my back than my head :(.

Congrats, you get to join the prestigious bald clan of Figgy, Smiggy, and Weems

And Dr. Return, PhD

jej. you can't stretch muscle mass out of the way

He ded.
Also does anybody know what our doctor of philosophy got it in?

not close to 700 on deadlift, 650 might be possible. hoping 1600 looks like 550/400/650 but might just be high 1500s this meet. Maybe one day 600/450/700+ but goddamn, this is a lot of work.

>our doctor of philosophy got it in?
Whom?

Return.
PhD is “Doctor of Philosophy”

Right, I can't remember what it was

Your last meet was 695kg, I was asking if 700kg 1600 is 725kg

>eclipsed
you would hit way over 600/500/700 if you were big enough that she couldn't eclipse you even with the angle
