I think it's finally time to graduate from a 1 plate bench and start adding more weight bros. 3 months ago I could barely even bench the bar, feels good.

Thanks man! I'm making really slow progress because I lift alone and I've got a job I can't afford to lose, I only like to lift what I know I can comfortably lift then stick with it for a while. Don't want to end up injuring myself.
