>in no way related to the first 2 posts
Do you want me to just post the same thing over and over?
>and not particularly useful to anyone
Knowing information about the pandemic must be the most important thing to know, otherwise the media wouldn’t be talking about it 24/7

I saw that pic some days ago and was _so close_ to write out in full why this is 50% bullshit and also correct it for the better
didn't do it because of time issues
but this one really need a correction

elaborate on said pic if you can be bothered, i'd like to know
thanks for the mega

some solid shit in here, thanks x2 user

if the goal is to get nutrition in without treating as eating as the special highlight of the day but just as the thing that it is, getting fuel and energy,

>cook everything with butter
butter, coconut oil and olive oil
yeah it costs more but we want quality and you don't need that much of it

>5 chicken breast per week
minced meat is a better and cheaper option for most people
we don't need lean meat when the goal is to gain weight
or every 2nd day no meat but more milk/milk products for the protein

>have to eat cheap but proposing mass gainer
just eat more rice or potatoes
potatoes, eggs, butter and milk
a dream combo

>4pints milk a day
>more than half a gallon / 2 liters per day
if you really can't eat that much food and you have resort to liquid calories to get it in then milk is fine
but over 1400kcal a day from milk alone? come on

>spending money on crackers as a snack and also cereal bars
just no
You want something to snack in between?
Make your own "cake" and add double the amount of eggs, a lot of butter and coconut oil, protein powder, milk and oats
maybe throw in some dried fruit or chopped apples too
cut it in bards and you have a godlike bulking snack in between for cheap
it may be a little dry but fuck it, we are in for the gains

Can anyone please give me the posts about posture exercises? I had em saved but I broke my external hard drive this weekend and lost my image folders.

that "cake" is what I make once a week so I have something proper to eat during work or when I am on the go
Hell, you can even throw in some instant coffee too for some caffeine boost

I have to write down how I make it the next time + some pictures
done in 10-15 minutes without the baking time and great macros if you put in the right things

this one?
