My mind is pretty good, not depressed and I'm happy with my life and it's direction.
I guess I do the last 2, I walk my dog for 40 mins in the morning and at night and I usually do some introspective thinking during those walks. I'm good with 6 hours of sleep and device might as well be attached to my body at this point.
No smartphone or tablet, so disconnected when in the loo or out of doors; fresh air and exercise whenever the weather is fair
