Yeah you still look like a gamer. You probably feel stronger already, but the visual impact doesn't come in until about a year or so.

This is me in December, about two months after starting in Oct.

Gyms are just opening back up in my frigid hellhole now so I've probably lost some of it even though I've been doing what I can with some 40lb dumbbells.

You have some progress, but I think you should focus on cutting and cardio right now. If you quit lifting altogether and just start running, I think that would be fine. Obviously if you have time, you should do both though.

im gonna be totally honest bro, I was trying to get between 200 and 205 and maintain till I got 1/2/3/4. stopped weighing myself for a couple weeks and went on vacation and didn't think about it at all. I'm genuinely pissed at myself for gaining the weight and currently dropping it, picrel, (discrepancy is due to weighing myself upon waking for consistency. i weighed myself when I took that photo an hour ago right before bed. i expect to weigh 212.8-213.4 upon waking) gonna hit 200 lbs by the end of February. anyway, I'm tired and going to bed. i don't have an excuse, just a plan. goodnight brother.

Depends on your goals. Personally, I want to eventually compete in some kind of strength athletics. Maybe do a powerlifting meet, maybe strongman. Been training with log press, atlas stones etc as well as normal bench, squat and deadlift. My physique's aesthetics is secondary to my performance. Though, at some point i might try to cut for a fitness challenge.
