I'm on day two of this shit and I'm done with it. How can I get over it fast? It feels like I have a pool ball in my right eye socket.

Most of the time works for me. I discovered this with toothache. Of I was able to overlap the self inflicted pain over the one I was not able to control, at the moment I stopped hitting myself the all the pain would be gone. I know you will make fun of me but it always worked for me.

A real true migraine is awful. I get them. The only way I can fight them is sleep. Medication is useless.

Acetaminophen does not work because it dilates blood vessels. In a true migraine it is caused by the blood vessels already being over dilated. Tylenol makes it worse.
