That "protein shake" would have me on the toilet for 2 hours with all the seeds, dates, banana and sugar in it.
I have worked out 10 years but never got into protein shakes really. I made one with oats and yoghurt for abit, and then I tried gold standard cookies n creme which was nice but sweet af and the vanilla Mutant stuff. Never bothered again, didn't enjoy.

Quick easy, lots of calories. I tried putting oats in but with the amount of milk I use the consistency was kind of gross
Don't know why you over complicate this shit, the point of a protein shake is the protein not a bunch of fucking carbs. Just eat real food if you want a meal. You'll likely make better use of the nutrients anyway. Here's my recipe

yeah but i can no longer force down protein powder, i just eel like tgrowing up rom every drop. and i cant really just drink raw eggs for a similar reason
