I have this but with my back.

Bros I don't know who said it in a previous thread but I've been following their advise and finishing my workouts with a 5min backwards walk on the threadmill and it's doing wonders for my knees. Why is that, please explain to me and share more obscure healthy knees methods.

Dunno, my knees are in better shape after deep squats than before. But then again a pussy who only does 2pl8 for reps and is scared to go any higher.

Is there any benefit to going above 3pl8 apart from ego?

must be an expensive treadmill if you can run it in reverse too. Ive only seen ones that go one way.

I got gains from going over 2plate. I could see not going over 3 or 4 plates but 2 plates is pretty easy.

I’m erect lads

Or turn around you fucking moron are you serious

>every time in the rack

kek

Going over 3 plates for reps is definitely worth it going over 4 for reps maybe a little risky but at that point youve made it

What, like put it upside down so the belt is going the other way?

Ah yes. Crepitus, I know ye well

Once you're in the 3-4 pl8 range you're gonna be doing heavy sets of 3 and working around your 1rpm and you'll see gains start to slow.
