Garchomp was damaged badly by Meteor Assault, so even if it Mega Evolved, it would be fighting a completely healthy Mega Lucario. Said Mega Lucario would defeat it and then proceed to finish off Togekiss with ease.
Dynamax Togekiss will bulk up Togekiss and wear out Mega Lucario enough for Garchomp to make quick work of it if it has the stamina to do so.
There’s literally no situation in which Mega Garchomp makes sense. The sooner you realize it the sooner you’ll finally stop being a loser virgin who gets no pussy like that twitterfag.
