Not all ghost are undead, and this would radically expand the characteristics of the type.
Bug works fine so it can include spiders, crustacean, and similar creatures.
Fighting was a horrible name and an awkward verb, should be renamed to either "Martial" or "Combat".
I've never minded this honestly, they just need to properly show the distinction between Rocks and Ground (which is closer to the archetypical "Earth" type)
Wind type turns the type into something more elemental (note how all flying Pokemon (when gamefreak gave a shit) had it as a secondary type and no Pokemon was pure flying), a drastic retheme. Aero fixes the verb issue. You could argue it should be rethemed, but I think that would open a whole can of worms and require a huge change in the type.
