Rather than waiting around another 8 years for Brave to invent a use-case for BAT, why don't we do something ourselves? I'm thinking the following could work:
>Open BAT bridge to cosmos ecosystem (Osmosis & Juno both use axelar, already support LINK, ETH, USDC, etc) >Attract liquidity to BAT trading pools. Raw Dao & Osmosis incentives, or get Brave to provide external incentives. >Repurpose available tools to create use-cases for BAT, e.g., BAT DAO via daodao.zone, gambling via gelotto >Create a standalone BAT blockchain (unlikely but possible), allowing people to burn their bridged BAT in exchange for mainnet coins
Now BAT has a bunch of incentivized liquidity pools, a BAT Dao, gambling platform, operates in a low-fee environment, and maybe its own mainnet with a fee market for validators.
What are your predictions for the MAU/DAU coming today?

Though on the subject of Solana, I think Brave warming up to them so much will bite them in the ass one day. It'd be nice to see them branch out into other chains before that happens.

Im impartial to anything besides ethereum, but a lot of people are moving to solana. Apparently shit like avalance that was shilled heavily is starting to get into some hot water. As far as L2's go, Solana seems to be the one that looks like it might be here to stay. I don't keep up with any of that shit, but I think they have the developer share. Not Cardano, not avax, not matic etc etc.

We definitely have to do something. We have to find a way to add utility from a community side project.
This would also add to the argument that BAT's not a security. The more companies/projects/community events/etc. that add utility or value to BAT, the stronger the argument will be that BAT is not a security. The more BAT is inseparably tied to Brave, the stronger the argument will be that BAT IS a security. That would be huge for both Brave and BAT.
