I only really like the Monkey.
Turtles okay but I don't like how it turns into Ankylosaurus. Don't like the penguin one bit, and it's first stage was a super annoying shillmon for the latter half of the 2000's.

I like the penguin the best, but I have to admit that the monke is the logical choice for Sinnoh because this region is completely starved of variety for fire types. Plus it makes the first gym a little challenging unless you grind like a sperg until he evolves.
