I wouldn't call Decidueye, Cramorant, and Sylveon "half".
Add ninetales and garde to the list and you got it. You could say the same for any role except support
But Ninetales is easily capable of topping a team's damage, and Gardevoir hasn't been trash since they readjusted the level 10 evolutions.
dunno Gardevoir dropped considerably with the psyshock nerf but of course not near to where it was a couple months ago
