I may be dropping the early testing version of the cheat engine table for the "mod" some time today. At the moment you have to be barefoot first, enable the cheat, then you are good to go anywhere in the game. Only issue atm is that footstep sounds don't work while barefoot anywhere else other than in the house where you are normally barefoot.
I've been trying to iron that out the past day or so, as well as making it an instant on/off instead requiring being barefoot first but I want to have something ready by the time the game releases.
