I honestly think acreage is a better measure of wealth
anything under 3 acres you're a corporate slave tier probably residential zoning as well
3-5 acres ok you're a sovereign and a citizen now and don't need to rely on anyone else to survive
5-10 ok you're cooking with gas now
10-20 you can easily raise a full family on your own land
20-50 you can have a really productive farm and have jobs for all your kids
50-100 tier you're getting to duke levels, really nobody knows what you do, and you have full privacy
100-250 you made it, multiple generations of your family can derive income off your land
when it starts getting way up there hopefully you're producing a huge amount of progeny and don't need to bring in other people to work the land
