A million dollars is literally nothing

If you have retarded expensive taste (like buying lambos and rolex), yes that shit is nothing.

>dollars
>notes of debt on which the issuer defaulted 50 years ago
>worth anything

I just want to buy a little house in slovenia and just do horse riding and mountain climbing for the rest of my life while reading and writing as my heart desires

Not possible. If 1,000,000 was *literally* nothing, then 999,999 would be “less than nothing”. Your life is worth “less than nothing”, but your life is not worth 999,999 USD.

Care to explain this paradox user?

Why Slovenia?

in personal terms, $1mm is a tremendous amount and enough to retire on
but in business terms, $1mm is the turnover of a small business

I have traveled a lot
I am brown and I was treated rudely in most places
Slovenia was the only place where people were very polite.
I am not that social but I wanna live peaceful in open air

>I wanna live peaceful in open air
How strange that that used be a given.

why dont you go and live with your own kind

Austin Powers made jokes about this in 1997

What kind of brown? Spic? Pajeet? Durka durka?

It’s just 50 years of wage slavery for 90% of this board.

Because your people come to my country and live here and we welcome them without being dicks about it

HELP I CANNOT STOP BEING BROWN AND UNDERPRIVILEGED

Jerome, is that you?

the game is simple
>you win 2x your bet or lose it all
>each loss, the pool grows by the loss amount
www.doubling.money (live on BSC)

uh no, it's literally nothing if you live frugally as well. in 5-10 years it will be worth half as much most likely

>brown
>picks a Slavic country to move to

hahajajhaha

Million dollars would allow me to comfortably retire at 25 shut the fuck up amerishart.

>american currency

I have had the best experiences and made friendships in russia, slovenia, Ukraine, Poland
Slavs are bros
Other countries I loved were turkey, iran and israel
God bless iranians kind people

anyone in this thread has a spare million that can donate me?

This attempt at a meme is getting really boring. Please stop.

pretty much
I think a lot of people believe that if they had a million dollars their life would suddenly change

for me? not at all
at 27 years old I'd need about $2.5M to reasonably retire in the U.S. with a family
and that's just for an upper-middle class lifestyle

when traveling all is fun and games. but try walking through the street with a slav girl, or claim any other benefits

most peoples lives would suddenly change if they had a million dollars
they would change so dramatically that they would be back to having zero dollars after a few years
$1mm can easily yield $80k a year which is two incomes and a massive safety net you dont need $2.5mm to retire with a family unless youre intending to have eight kids
although i suppose 'upper-middle class' means you want to earn $200k
its not a tremendous amount of money but it is enough for one person
