How many wrestlers can you think of that hit their peak late?

Taker was known as a solid worker in his youth, but mainly that was because he could work while being big. He didn't really start putting on great matches until his 40s

Orange Cassidy's peak is right now and he's 37.

Was good in his 40s. Was God in his 50s.

This is simply not true.

Which part?

Literally who?

Shawn Michaels

Is that fair? Shawn had great matches in his first run then his ability pretty much maintained from 2002-2010

Ignorance is not a personality trait you should boast about.

Going with DDP on this one and I would say Jeff Cobb is in the peak of his career

Didn't even start working as a face until he was 47 and was retired for most of his 30s.

Not that guy but 'taker was mediocre for most of his career, this is not a bad thing per se but while a solid worker during his youth and even later on, he didn't have any great matches during any period of his (he did have good matches yes but not amazing stuff).

His one great match is his first wrestlemania match against HBK, fantastic match no doubt, but that's his only claim to fame.

You're definition of great much must be very high then
