I'm not so sure they are going to give Syuri a long run. If she defends it again next month and beats Giulia it is a respectable enough reign to then drop the belt to Mayu. Mayu hasn't had a belt for two years now and while she is protected by her booking it is a waste to not have her at the very top of the company.
For what it's worth I don't think Giulia is bad anymore. She has improved, quite a bit if you start from when she debuted. I just don't think it makes sense to act like having MOTN when you're given 30 minutes with Mayu Iwatani means much of anything. You should be ashamed if you DON'T have MOTN.
