Judging by the comments on social media, if is favorable to the repubs. I haven't seen them so bothered by something in a while. Judging by the questions from the press conference, the people that live in these areas are concerned. It also looks like newsom is attempting a pre-emptive strike, even though his state is a border state! It's absolutely devastating.
