Nicaea didn't compile a Biblical canon for the whole Church that's a myth. To this day the Orthodox Church technically doesn't have a dogmatically proclaimed Biblical canon. The Catholic Church defined it's canon dogmatically at the Council of Trent.

What the actual fuck are you talking about. Not a single thing in this sentence is correct.
The head of the Eastern Orthodox Church is Christ. We aren't Roman Catholics and a Patriarch is not anything like the Pope.
The Russian Orthodox Church and Constantinople Orthodox Church are not schismed. They both still consider each other's sacraments valid and the laity can commune at both churches.
First among equals doesn't mean universal jurisdiction which is what you're getting at with the Pope.
