There was a highrise building in Sao Paolo, Brazil, that also collapsed rather neatly at freefall speed just like this after catching on fire. honestly though, the twin towers were the only buildings in the world built the way they were. I see people try to compare those towers to concrete and rebar highrises. Those twin tower concrete floor slabs were unsupported between the skin and the central core. once it does collapse it will just pancake downwards. If there was extra help, I don't know, but the physics checks out

Apparently it still fell somewhat toward the back, so not entirely symmetrical. But there is a good.gif of a simulation of what could have happened….essentially, the inside collapsed first, then the outside.
