Yes, really. If you didn't tell me you were trans I wouldn't know you were. I work in I.T. and get phone calls all the time. I'd call you ma'am naturally and wouldn't think twice about it.

i should add to this. i might be wrong but you might just be directing the air too high in your mouth - just get a straw or small pen and put it between your teeth then try and speak in a way that directs the air over the straw. that's how i fixed my nasal issues
