We shorten Estradiol Enanathate to EEn to not confuse it with EE / Ethinyl Estradiol. It's not a bad dose, but you can also do slightly bigger and less frequent injections with EEn. A 10 day cycle would spare you needles and effort.

should i be avoiding alcohol on cypro? i am a strictly social drinker and i only drink once-twice a month, and i don't even like it, so i could stop very easily. i just want to know if i should be watching out or not.

Pills like cypro aren't good for the liver so you should avoid getting shitfaced or binging on alcohol every week, but it's fine if you drink every now and then.

I read alcohol reduce cypros effectivness but idk If it's true and even If it is, it's probably fine unless you get completely drunk every day of the week

AFAIK it only reduces the effectivness if you take cypro for hyper sexuality because alcohol can make you feel horny but idk Anyone here who knows more about this?

so i plan to start dosing ev sublingually soon at 2mg/day should i start spiro at the same time or wait a month or so to introduce? i've heard that starting spiro early can reduce growth of breast tissue, but i know the evidence isn't super strong for that also at what point should i plan on upping ev dosage?

Progynova is estradiol valerate so you'd just be taking extra estradiol. Most important for penis function is regular use, and not being depressed. After that, bica for systemic T blocking and a small amount of testosterone gel on your penis once a week will help local effects for maintaining it without masculinizing you. Other options are oral/transdermal raloxifene as a SERM to counteract breast growth, none of it is guaranteed, but will probably help. You have the right mindset regarding not freaking out if you get them. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst kinda deal.
You should start your AA immediately, there's no point in delaying it since estrogen doesn't really give any grand side effects. Spiro isn't ideal, but neither is cypro. Some people still get very good growth regardless. E dosing seems very anecdotal, but I'd wait two or three months or so before increasing the dose to 4mg and stay there for a good 6-12 months. Transitioning is a marathon not a sprint etc etc.

Progynova was a typo I meant Progesterone and I added it because I heard it made people horny, which would be welcome. And I plan on regular use, was hoping to avoid T cream though. Any chance just regular use would be enough?

Progesterone (unproven, but likely) early on *may* be helpful for stunting breast growth so that's a good idea. You might not need the T gel, especially if you take viagra for easier to maintain erections or aphrodisiacs to stay horny, but it's a good thing to keep in mind as an option.

Ah thanks for the correction. I honestly think the less frequent I have to inject the better, so I'll figure out what's a good dose for 10 days.
I also still have cypro left should I just continue it until it's all gone? I know long term cypro use is bad

Thanks, so I will just start with 50mg bica + 2mg oral E + whatever the daily dose of Prog is (200?) and try to use my penis fairly often (at least once or twice a week). Will get labs at the beginning and get them at 3mo intervals for a year, looking also at liver stuff. I'm wondering if 2mg E will be enough but I guess I can always bump it up to 4 without thinking much. Last question would be about hair. I hopped on finasteride + minoxidil as soon as I saw any recession. Right now my hairline is good. What will I need to change in the hair routine when combined with the hormones? I thought I could skip fin since I will nuke T but bica works weird so I don't really know.

You should taper it down in the span of a month at the same time as you start injections to avoid a rebound effect and give the estrogen time to build up to supress T with that instead.
Spiro is fairly individual in it's efficacy as a very hit or miss anti-androgen given it's mostly a secondary side effect. Ideally since the half life is not very long you would take half the total dose twice a day to spread the effect over the day. I would never go above 200mg total, but I also wouldn't start there. Between 50-100mg per day is a good starter dose, 25mg is a bit too low to do anything noteworthy. You'll mainly be relying on estrogen to do the heavylifting in T suppression. I would not go above 100mg and instead increase E over time. It's a much healthier option.
I would keep the same hair routine until you've been on HRT a long time, then you can start to reconsider your needs.

You wont loose barely any function on bica so you dont really need to worry about that. I would not mix the meds you’re currently taking for hairloss with hrt. Hrt will bring back your hair without much of a routine(depending on how bad it is, ive seen crazy results with even the worst hairloss though,) just massage ur scalp and take care of ur hair and scalp if anything. Don’t get hair products that have sulfates and you should be good

Tbh I was kinda wishing I could get rid of fin eventually or maybe lower it, I have been a little depressed since I started it. But then again the depression could be caused by all the other changes I had in the meantime.
