hrt, duta and microneedling but i havent really needled in a year or so.. Second pic is like 7 months hrt, last is 18 months so progress really slowed down ;-; i dont think it’ll never be as good as i want

a little regrowth. Still looks generally unhealthy. I think it's because I touch my hair too much. I'll eventually need transplants, but I'm thinking a fringe is the best short term solution

HRT is a mini-miracle. I got back all my hair, but sadly the crown and temples cant grow long. I still look like a dude with a mullet, but at least I'm not a baldie anymore
