I have severe anxiety! I hope you can get over it, op, I understand how uncomfortable and horrible it is to live with it, in fact, it's not even a life, is it? How much it suffocates, wastes our time, eats up hope, leaves us with a mania for diseases, it gets worse with time! Therefore, a team of a psychiatrist and psychotherapist is essential at these times.
