Or they decide to restart the story and try to plan and build the world and its rules so that later it does not end up contradicting itself later or that it is forgotten.

What naruto needs is a kai version where they cut down the fiiller and figths to be more concise, and a 4k 60 fps upscale with lots of added animation in the fights

The only yhing I would change is to have Sasuke slowly discover the truth about Itachi by having an insider feed him information from the shadows, at least make it more clear to the public the ambiguety of his actions, or simply make Itachi a villain that was actually trying to groom Sasuke into a psycho to steal his MS in order for him to obtain the EMS, maybe make his goal to try and fight Madara Uchiha in order to "test his abilities" or because he saw the Uchiah as a clan who had lost his glory by depending on Konoha and whatnot, but changed his plans when he realize that Sasuke was fighting him with just his three tomoes.
Yes, they could have shown more of the other villages and how they mistreat their people, show some of the people Sasuke freed reveree him as a leader and a saviour for the people of the Sound Village thus developing an inner conflict between them and the people who saw Orochimaru as their lord, etc.
