I used to love this man, now I can’t stand to look at him. You’ve ruined me, Any Forums.
the wonder egg production got so behind the director was hospitalized towards the end and had to hire overseas work to help and they still ended up re-using footage for the "actual ending" special and fell short hard.

Leiji Matsumoto took some mushrooms that grew on his unwashed clothes and gave them as a gift to Chiba Tetsuya. He ate them, not knowing where they came from, and was pretty mad when he found out. But they are still friends.

Animator used to be the job with the highest death rate by far in Japan. People would sit at their desks all day long eventually dying from blood clots and such.
Really?
>Animator used to be the job with the highest death rate by far in Japan.
That sounds like total bullshit.

The toy company that funded the Magical Princess Minky Momo anime pulled the funding. The studio was fucking pissed so they ended the show by having her run over by a truck full of toys from said company.
Indeed, the internet is trully a blessing.
I don't remember the name of the manga, nor do I even really remember what it was about. I can't say I've really read it other than some snippets in a thread. But I can still vividly remember what an user said about the author, it was a neet woman who kept a little kid trapped in her house. Now I don't know if this was true because I couldn't find any news articles but the user posted panels where he claimed the main character was a copy of the boy that was trapped in the house. It just really fucked with me that what I was looking at could very well be a real person. It was drawn very detailed and realistically at times and you could just see the despair in his face. I hope he was just trolling but it messes with me to this day knowing he could still be there trapped in the house.
