Luffy definitely isn't hard work, more like lucky ability.
Natsu isn't really about luck, in the Fairy Tail world you don't really become stronger by working but rather discovering new spells or finding new artefacts so this chart can't be applied to FT in the first place

Yusuke worked really hard for that demonic heritage.

It wasn't present or had any effect on his growth prior to the atavism happening. Even in demon form Sensui was already dying and Raizen had full control up until after the final shot was fired, and then when he gets to demon world he's still a small fry who has to train for a year and still loses.

His demon heritage didn't let him overpower or autowin anyone except the two mooks who he beat with a gag by pretending to be evil.

Naruto is a combination of the two, as is Gon, who despite needing to earn what he got, is described as a peerless one in a million talent by all of his professors, and shoots up in training far easier than any other character in the series had the right to, his final crowning battle and powerup being not because of any work he put in, but because he was willing to burn his potential and talent away.
Saitama is in the opposite team, the dude did what amounts to the most basic training and got powered up in a way literally no other character in his setting could ever replicate.
