They weren't good people, so no. Also Muzan cells would kill them instantly. Only reason Tamayo could do it is because she makes special drugs. Nezuko was special because she refused to eat people, so the became "immortal" in the way Muzan wanted to but never could. Even if they somehow managed to rebel, Muzan would just kill them or send Kokushibo to hunt them down.

Lol no. Even if it was physically possible, you can't have "good" demons in KnY unless they were stopped from ever killing anyone or if they're willing to die to kill Muzan. Otherwise you'd have a demon that killed someone being allowed to live which would break the themes of the story or you'd need the demon slayers to stab them in the back after which might make them look bad so it can't happen.

Doesn't Gyutaro say that if he had multiple other lives, he'd choose to become a demon in each one? By himself he'd never betray Muzan. The only way it could happen is if Muzan killed Daki, in which case, Gyu would betray him. But, then Muzan would just make his own cells kill Gyu from the inside the very second he thinks of that. So, really it's all a moot point.

Muzan's dominion over her was weakened after Yoriichi almost killed Muzan, remember Tamayo was able to freely display disgust and curse Muzan's name after Yoriichi fucked him up and escaped; Tamayo herself seems surprised she could talk that way and wasn't killed by the curse on the spot.

Why didn't Muzan send Koku literally everywhere? Akaza goes to Mugen Train, Gyokko and Hantengu go to SSV. If Koku goes there he murders everyone in sight, especially pre-mark pillars. Muzan is fucking horrible at planning.
