Well just like last chapter she basically notices how Giku and Akane are all over Hayato and tells them to knock it off so that they, he, may concentrate on the cafe. She also is curious as to what the extend of the relation between them really is like, so she pretends to also love Hayato and goes so far as to imply that they're having a "special" relationship. You know, a sexy sexual sex relationship. Naturally Akane won't have any of it and torpedos Ouka's ship while indirectly dragging Riho out of the lower-decks in order to finally admit that she loves Hayato as well. Ouka was lying obviously but now everyone thinks she actually does like Hayato. The last page is just a comedic scene about Ami, being retarded and all, saying Ouka's big "biscuit" line infront of Hayato. Naturally, that sinks Ouka's "refined lady" boat.
