it has like 3 or 4 good/great episodes er season but the rest is boring a fuck.

That's not saying much, Cowboy Bebop was a 6/10 at best.

Space Dandy only has one 10/10 episode

I loved Futurama and Space Dandy hits that same vibe. Bebop seemed like a lot of style over substance.

No, the best episodes were basically just Bebop episodes with the Dandy cast

Dandy's best episodes are better, but Bebop has more episodes that are good.

If CB was 6/10, that puts SD at equal to or greater than 6/10.
Depending on your distribution, that is saying a lot.
If you're one of those folks who think that the scale starts at 5/10, your opinion is meaningless anyway.
If you think that every number should have an about equal number of entries, that means that SD is at the very least in the top 40%.
That's actually saying quite a bit.
Reducing the pool by ~50% per statement is what makes 20Questions so powerful.

If you have a bell curve distribution like a sensible person, then being better than a 6/10 is even more meaningful.

I like champloo, bebop, and dandy for different reasons.
I don't get people who hwavily prefer one to the other. I guess it's personal.
