I have not read Soul Eater but Fire Force is my favorite shonen. It starts as pretty generic with good world building and annoying humor but it slowly and steadily improves until it gets to masterpiece levels of good later on, so if you can get past the parts that are just generic and entertaining it’s extremely rewarding. It consistently gets better as it goes on and it sticks the landing better than anything else but Code Geass and Freesia as the ending arc is several times better than the rest of the manga.
For Soul Eater, is the anime worth watching?
