Berserk is the best piece of art that Japan has ever produced. 200 years from now Miura will be venerated like Dostoevsky, Hemingway, and Tolkien are now.
Miura might be dead but he's achieved immortality in a way that only the extreme few can ever hope for.
you would be rightfully mogged for this statement few years ago, but of course because miura died everyone now pretends the story hasn't gone down the drain for decades with no clear direction.
Joshua Garcia
Instant classic, just kill the author. Then wank about what could've been.
Justin Hill
You can track the decline of Berserk purely through the personality of one character too, Farnese. Just watch her go from an interesting character to a "I want to help everyone" support. It's tragic.
Jacob Morris
I believed it back then and I believe it now. The art, the story, the themes, and the characters are all 10/10 Kino.
also that plus the fact they have the same weird ear shape

No. I seriously doubt it. Whats the likelihood of a band of mercenaries coming across the same town again when theres no money to be made there?
Logan Lee
You clearly have not read a single real book in your life. Berserk is ok but it is hardly that significant, there is better literature and better visual art than berserk.
Grayson Garcia
then why Gambino said there's no way to know he was the father instead of simply denying it?
