It finally came out?

>Zoomers don't know who the main lead is
>Mexican interpreted by spaniard doing brown-face
>Only 1 black guy
>Nobody cares about trains anymore
I mean, when was the last time you saw a train robbery? lmfao fucking boomers

Gonna watch it in my small town cinema this weekend. As of now I'm still the only reservation. Maybe I'll be on my own to find out.

no

Action was boring as hell. It's clearly trying to be a John Wick ripoff but none of these people know how to fight and it's cut to shit. Not that much blood or gore for an R rated movie. Should be 90 minutes but stretches to reach the 2 hour mark required for movies now. Not enough Joey King and most of the characters are boring as hell.

Because it's a fun action movie straight up from early 10s, a movie like that has no hope to get success on a market damaged by capeshit. It could get more recognition once it gets to streaming services. Also i want to grow my hair out, alk the guys (with the exception of Lemon) looked extremely handsome with long hair.

it look really inoffensive, i doubt anyone cares to watch or not watch it

Lemon and Tangerine were fun

I will able to participate in the discussion about this movie once it gets uploaded to torrent sites for me to pirate.

They were the best part aside Joey Kings legs but their introductory scene lasted an eternity. Also wished they teamed up with Brad Pitt earlier in the movie

Why did he job so badly?

>nostalgia for early 2010's

Maybe they shoehorned him in once the script has been finished to sell this movie in Latin America
>Joey King
Her face looks weird and puffy, dunno why people find her attractive. Legs are fine though

Probably because the advertising they did for it really let people know absolutely nothing about the film or why they should remember it. The TV spots I saw where cut together so aggressively and weirdly I got the impression they were trying to hide the movie and just leave people with the fainest impression of "there will be some silly action and brad pitt is in it".

Movie advertising needs to be re-thought completely, because the end result we've arrived at in the confluence of both modern film and advertising techniques has led to some really incoherent shit.

It is still so amazing to me that this movie started out as an American remake of Train to Busan. It feels like it was dragged through a giant consensus machine.

she looks like she does porn

I just watched the 1975 Japanese "Bullet Train" and it's certified kino, highly recommended.
Get the two and a half hour jap version tho not the shorter US version.

It didn't help that all the critics were ragging on it for the blatant raceswapping. In an era of blatant Hollywood "diversity" to the point they change a character called "The Prince" into a woman they still decided it was okay to turn a Japanese book into a movie taking place in Japan on a Japanese train and only have one Japanese actor in the whole thing.

too many minorities and the colin kapernick casting is just weird and too political for me (and the general audience apparently)

he had a zoomer haircut

>flop so hard
>over double its budget at the box office
Not a blockbuster hit either but it didn't need to be. It's just a fun action movie to kill a few hours, and it's a really good one at that.

I get the feeling the marketing was twice the actual budget. Feels like this movie got pushed pretty hard

>but none of these people know how to fight
Neither does keanu.
Also - you are not going to "look handsome with long hair".

yeah shills like the one you just responded to really tried their best when this was coming out
funny they failed and it flopped tho, lmfao

>neither does keanu
Are you retarded? One of the focal points of the wick franchise is that keanu is constantly training for the movies. The only person in Bullet Train aside the asian dude that maybe has martial arts training is Aaron Tyler Johnson. Brad Pitt maybe has taken a bit in the past but he's not hitting the dojo like Keanu is

Well they got me cause I went to see it but even my friend I went to see it with who loves any marvel movie thought it sucked too

I don't know who even likes wacky fake Japan setting

>western movie set in japan
>features barely any japanese people
