Easiest is marrying a Swede as that is basically a instant free pass. There are no requirements what so ever. You can be from north Korea and they will still give you citizenship. Gay marriage is acceptable too so just pay a Swedish friend and marry him then divorce him later. This is quite rare but there are real examples of this happening sometimes.

If this is impossible then asylum is very easy as long as you fit the requirements. The easiest asylum reason is being any kind of presecuted minority where you live. I know an Indonesian who got in because he was from Aceh where they cane gay people. But any presecuted group is fine, christian convert from Saudi Arabia or any other country with punishment for converts? You get in. Muslim from Myanmar? You get in. If you come from an active warzone you can usually (but not always) get in. You get asylum first then citizenship after living here for a long enough period. You get paid for your first time here in order to survive while learning Swedish and eventually getting a job. Sometimes you get a free apartment also.

Third is just getting a job for a Swedish company. You will get a permanent residence that your company will fix for you and after 5 years of living here you can apply for citizenship. There are some rules to this but usually it's not too hard. The job can't be anything though. You can't do this by working macdonald's. You have to be in some skilled labor shortage field. Programmer, nurse or medical doctor are common for this sort of visa.
