This is actually a healthy number compared to the 'once a day' crowd. This gives your body time to recover important epidermal oils that are awashed in the shower. It's recommended every 3–4 days, as long as you don't sweat nor become soiled. People who shower very often will find that they stink sooner than those that space their showers, too.
