What Im trying right now is microneedling, peppermint oil, and scalp massages. I've tried these things on and off before but not kept them up becuase I didnt feel they helped, but I was doing some of it wrong and apparently you need to keep going for quite a long while for it to work. But every time I check information on line it changes and all contradicts eachother.
