I don't remember the name of it but there was some anti-steroid movie that the football coach made everyone on the team watch when I was in high school. I remember there was one part where this bodybuilder guy said that roid rage made him chase down a pizza delivery guy and then rip the phone booth out of the ground around the guy while he panicked and tried to call the police. Honestly it made steroids sound pretty badass, I'll bet that dude never fucked up an order again.

I have achieved this physique full natty, but I'm a man. I'm also a wide man so if you believe such things I'd be classified as an endomorph. But it's not worth it. Maintaining it is a pain in the ass. You can't gorge on pasta and ice cream or you lose all definition. So you have to eat 4lbs of sweet potato and a whole chicken every day. Every fucking day. Fuck that. I'm much more comfortable being small and shredded. I eat like a normal person. I can also skip meals without losing muscle. If I have a trash food day I just go extra hard on cardio the next couple days and I make up for it. Much better.
