How the fuck did they get away with making this film? They had a 12 year old girl touch a 15 year old boy's penis for "laughs" (she accidently touches it instead of shaking his hand) and they have the two of them talk to each other for a bit while the boy is fully naked. How is that legal?

i haven’t seen the film but from the way it’s described by op the act is:
a) a mistake on the girl’s part played for laughs
b) probably not shown on screen anyway
i agree that if there was some leering closeup of a teenage boy’s dick with a little girl’s hand on it that would be inappropriate but if it’s just some offscreen gag i can’t imagine there being any legal or ethical problems with it.
