I joined the military academy this year. The specialisation is CBRN defense. Unfortunately I didn't get a cool specialisation like the scouts or the mountain hunters :(

Different user, but my experience with U.S. CBRNE folk is that you guys spend a lot of time recertifying people on their training qualifications. Running mock drills and exercises in full MOPP gear.
Aside from that you'll become knowledgeable on the various warfare agents, their dispersion methods, biological symptoms, decontamination protocols. As well as instruments used to detect and/or determine the type of agent used.
All in all, seems pretty interesting to me.

Good luck man. Joining the military was one of the best things I ever did, it'll put you ahead of your peers by years if you embrace the lifestyle.
