I live in Allahabad and all the mosques are blasting off anti government propaganda and asking Muslims to vote for Socialist Party in the upcoming election to defeat the current government. Muslims are 20% of the Uttar Pradesh population so it's a very significant share. In response, the temples are broadcasting highways built, social welfare schemes provided, achievements of the current government and the photos of upcoming giant temple to be built at Ayodhya.
A line of armed police officers are standing inbetween the city's major Hindu temple and Allahabad Masjid (which are located opposite to each other on the same street).

BJP is going to lose in Uttar Pradesh. The government will be coalition. Not fully SP but SP is going to come back partly and the government will be some kind of a BJP SP coalition.
31% of the population is Muslim or Yadav, this is SP's core voter base. Yadavs are 11% and Muslims are 20%. All Muslims will vote against BJP, while 70-80% of Yadav's will vote against BJP.
Dalits are going to vote for BSP, and some will vote for BJP.
The rest Brahmins, Rajputs, Banias are going to vote BJP. This is 20% loyal BJP voter base.
Jats are the swing factor. Considering the recent farmer protests, Jats will likely vote for BJP in much lesser numbers.
