There's no such thing! Why do people keep falling for this meme. "Younger" audiences spend their whole youth trying to relate and eventually become adults ANYWAY. Even if by some miracle your character goes through a major life event that someone who's watching your show "relates" to, it will be over for the character before the audience, and therefor the audience member will still be "relating" to a character with more life experience.
