I would. Unfortunately, they tend to be wasted potential or bad stories.
Personally, I'd like to see a one shot story about Jubilee and X 23 hyper pregnant with the Brood on an abandoned space station, trying to rescue people.
The Brood pregnancy plotline was wasted on Kitty and not very interesting.

Why pick a single character when you can have a pregnancy-themed supervillian give you a whole event full of them? Its not any weirder than half the transformation shit that comics get up to anyway.
Maybe you have a time traveler from the future who is trying to avert a global catastropy, and is specifically targeting supers in order to ensure that there are way more active people with powers in play to fight whatever the future threat is.
Maybe its a poison-ivy esq villain doped up on super-fertility hormones and is just spreading the joy of motherhood, more baby bumps being her only goal.
Maybe the last members of a dying alien species show up and decide to use Earth to surrogate their people and save them from extinction, a situation dire enough that that they are willing to compromise their morals to make it happen.
Pick one or make up your own. The event titles write themselves. 'Mother's Day', 'Labor Day', etc.
