dan gets angry because the motel he's living in is set to be demolished for a new shopping mall. dan immediately declares war on the deep state. dan and chris begin shnannigans such as destroying the local construction site where a local condimum complex is being built. ultimately dan ends up in the home of the richest man in town, a excitable yelling fellow dressed as a cowboy in a white suit and hat named doug. dan ultimately destroys doug's "back up" server where he stores his companies financial records. and burns down the manshion. dan considers the matter closed and goes home. the next day it's revealed the motel's destruction is off since the company lost funding only for the camera to pull back to a undisclosed location where it's revealed that the deep state is expy's of zuckerberg, oprah, the koch brothers, rupert murdoch and other billionaires and dan's actions has destroyed their entire IT infrastructure and the deep state is financially bankrupt and essentially powerless since all thier blackmail material is now gone.

The episode starts with Dan surfing the web at a library, he stumbles upon a website called 2can (a play on Any Forums) and he likes it purely because he can talk shit to people online anonymously. He goes through great lengths insulting people, up until a point where in a fit of rage he accidentally posts his address in a thread. Now that person is sabotaging his life, spray painting his car, taking his prized items, etc.

Antifa protesters rally against Ninja Dave's cookie business happens because he isn't selling fortune cookies, which to them is blasphemy. As per usual property damage occurs while Dan and his friends are inside the eatery. They vandalize and wreck his car, which is an immediate no-no since his car is his prized possession. He goes on a tirade against the group, which leads to him having to escape while avoiding concrete milkshakes and molotov cocktails. He concocts a plan to get back at the protestors, even though they share his anti-government sentiments. The episode ends with the arrest of the protestors who vandalized his car after Dan finds out they were kids related to the mayor and they brought the Antifa movement to their town to have some attention brought to it to increase brick and mortar stocks for more properties to be built into a roller derby center centralized towards high schoolers, and the mayor realizes that he wasn't that attentive to his kids and gives Dan a complimentary car repair with no catches because of his genuineness overruling his shock towards his kids actions.
