Hard Mode: only REAL cartoons, not ones made for the movie or show
ITT: cartoons in live-action stuff
Thanks for reminding me of the fact that this happens sometimes OP because I fucking love it. Here's another.
Always thought it was weird when they clearly get a copy of the episode without the logo so it's not "just being broadcasted" but also they sometimes do it with episodes of shows that aren't on DVD so the tv clearly isn't playing a dvd or sometimes it's clearly not supposed to be a dvd.
I remember one scene in I Am Legend where Will Smith and the token female character have this argument, and for some reason Shrek is playing really loudly in the background
I saw this movie in theaters. It was so boring.

What a fucking wasted movie that was. I meant I am legend, not Shrek. Shrek is perfection

it amused me even at the time that Eek the cat was on a tv in a seen on an episode of the X-flies when Eek the cat had a sequence spoofing the X-files in one of it's episodes.
Gilian Anderson's husband was a contributor, I think.
Goon and Hellboy are in the comic stand at the pharmacy in the movie "The Mist" 2007

Powerpuff girls are in Blade 2, Scud has it on in the background.
I watched blade 2 randomly and as the credits rolled I saw Powerpuff girls. I remember laughing and being confused same time.
Can't find a clip of it, but the Doctor Who episode Silence In The Library uses a clip from "Pedro & Frankensheep", a very short-lived CBBC series that is only remembered for appearing in the aforementioned Doctor Who episode.
